报告题目:Exploring New Synthetic Strategies in Asymmetric Synthesis报告人:中国科学院上海药物研究所,徐明华教授报告时间:2009年12月8日下午1点30分报告地点:浙江大学化学系玉泉校区教八-107室报告人简介:1999年7月毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所,获得理学博士学位;同年8月赴美国,先后在美国弗吉尼亚大学(University of Virginia)化学系和乔治城大学医学研究中心(Georgetown University Medical Center)从事博士后工作研究。2003 年7月底回国,先期受聘于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所,后入选中国科学院“百人计划”。 2005年7月起任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、课题组长,博士生导师。主要从事有机不对称合成及有重要生理活性化合物的合成研究。主要获奖有上海市青年科技启明星后(2005、2008)、中科院上海分院杰出青年科技创新人才提名奖(2008)等。报告摘要:Despite the fact that significant progress has been achieved in the field of asymmetric synthesis, methods developed for synthesis of enantiomerically enriched compounds are still far from satisfactory. New discoveries for efficient asymmetric synthesis of various optically pure compounds remain an increasing demand. In this lecture, our recent efforts in developing new methodologies, new strategies, as well as new chiral catalysts for stereoselective C-C bond formation will be discussed. Asymmetric syntheses of various structurally important molecules such as optically active C2-symmetrical and unsymmetrical vicinal diamines, β-amino alcohols, homoallylic amines, diarylmethylamines and isoindolinones with excellent diastereoselectivities and/or enantioselectivities have been achieved particulary by using samarium diiodide protocol, N-tert-butanesulfinyl imine chemistry and chiral diene strategy. In addition, the synthetic value of some of the approaches developed has been demonstrated in several bioactive molecules syntheses.联系人:戴伟民教授电话:0571-87953128
