Phil in 1979 from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and his Ph.D in 1983 from University of California at Davis, USA. He is now the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Environmental Sciences (China), the associated director of Environmental Science Program at CUHK, and the editorial board member of Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safet (Elsevier Science Ltd).
