Design and Synthesis of Trimetallic Clusters: A New Approach to Driving Multi-electron Redox ChemistryDr. Qinliang ZhaoDepartment of Chemistry and Chemical BiologyHarvard University地点:西溪西七四楼会议室时间:2008-11-26日上午10:00BiographyQinliang Zhao received her B.S. in Chemistry from Zhejiang University in 2003, and Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Texas A&M University in 2007, where she worked under the direction of Prof. F. Albert Cotton. She currently works as a Camille and Henry Dreyfus Postdoctoral Fellow with Prof. Theodore A. Betley at Harvard University. Her graduate research was focused on exploring the electronic interaction between linked multiply-bonded dimetal units using both synthetic and theoretical methods. At Harvard, Qinliang is concentrating on the design and synthesis of polymetallic reactive sites for small molecule activation.
