Green zeolite catalysts has been developed for the elimination of indoor formaldehyde and VOCs and the denitrification of exhaust gas of national diesel vehicles. SSZ-13 zeolites, which exchanges copper ions, is a catalytic material for exhaust gas depletion of national diesel vehicles, and the domestic market demand is about 10,000 tons per year. In view of the high price of the current material template agent and the high waste in the production process, we successfully synthesized Cu-SSZ-13 zeolite molecular sieve using copper amine complex as the template agent by one-pot method, reducing the production cost and showing excellent performance in the NH3-SCR reaction. At present, the material has completed industrial scale-up and achieved tonnage production.
针对室内甲醛、VOCs消除和国六柴油车尾气脱硝开发了绿色环保的沸石催化剂,交换铜离子的SSZ-13沸石分子筛是国六柴油车尾气脱销催化材料,国内每年约有万吨量的市场需求。针对当前材料模板剂价格昂贵,生产过程三废高的问题,团队以铜胺络合物为模板剂采用一锅法成功合成了Cu-SSZ-13沸石分子筛,降低生产成本,并且在NH3-SCR反应中展现出优异的性能,目前该材料已经完成工业放大,实现吨级生产。
