It is our sincere pleasure to invite you to Hangzhou for the 3rd Young Chemists Forum, which will be held at Zhejiang University from October 30th to November 1st, 2015. The attendees should hold a Ph.D. (or, expecting a Ph.D. degree in 2015) in the field of chemistry or related fields. About 10-15 young scientists will be selected from the candidates. For each successful attendee, Department of Chemistry of Zhejiang University shall provide up to $1500 USD for international airfare to Hangzhou (round trip, economy class), as well as local accommodations and meals at Hangzhou.
The main topics of the Forum are the frontiers of chemistry. Candidates from all sub-fields of chemistry shall be considered although the following sub-fields are of special interest to this conference: (1) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, (2) computational chemistry, (3) synthesis and applications of advanced materials, (4) total synthesis of natural products and asymmetric catalysis, and (5) chemical biology.
